I tag and raise Monarchs for tagging and also do teste for a college..this has been a bad year. last year I tagged 300 Monarchs. This year is really bad I will bw lucky if i get 100. There has also been a lot of fly infestion and probally a bacteria or fungus killing them and deforming them.
