Haven't seen males for at least two weeks- only females or juveniles.(Not able to update last week). It is hard to estimate how many, as my feeders are not in sight of each other; but I have noted at least two to a feeder, chasing each other away- competition is not typically seen in my yard. The nectar is going down at an amazing rate! Cold mornings the last two days found them huddled & drinking while perched.
