With the shorter days I have not been home as much during daylight hours to enjoy my little hummers. However, they have been quite active at dusk.
My measurement of activity is: I re-filled my quart size feeder twice in the last 2 1/2 weeks; they have consumed half of the second refill already. I am quite surprised by that alone.
