female or juvenile feeding at salvia and verbena in deck planters, then briefly feeding at nectar feeder hanging outside kitchen window. One bird at a time three times during the day. I believe there are 2 different birds as regular visitors as one appears to be shorter and "stockier" with a shorter neck than the other. Number 2 seems to have a longer neck and slightly smaller head. Both are in colors of female or first year juvenile. Both have been regulars since early summer.
