We still have our hummers. We had 3 feeders up this summer due to the drought....the hummers had a lot of competition from the woodpeckers, Baltimore oriels, and purple finches.....all have developed a sugar water habit! Now that things have gotten less attention we have only 2 feeders up. They are still enjoying my fuschia. We had at least 3 pairs this summer. We will miss them when they decide to leave. But then again there is always next May....
