I saw several large clusters of monarch butterflies today. I saw a single butterfly or two over the past few days, but discovered the hundreds (at least 200) butterflies clusted together in the trees in the vacant yard next door. It was an amazing sight to say the least. I am located on Tangier Island,VA, a small island in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay. Temp-70's and sunny.
