2 appeared to be pairs. 6 of the 7 stopped by our butterfly garden for a taste of nectar. 1 was about 50 feet above ground. Saw 5 of the 7 distinctly flying south. This all while I was eating a P&J sandwich on the back deck. Encouraging!
