I saw about 100 Monarch butterflie flying around the beach at East Matunuck State Beach in S. Kingstown, RI. They were swarming out from the tall beach grass. They were also around the salt marsh which is adjacent to the beach. I started seeing them gathering last week but there were many, many more today.
