At 3:50 pm Friday afternoon we were playing golf at Woodland Meadows located at King & Inkster Road, Inkster Michigan, the weather was fairly warm with a mild easterly breeze. We were at the 15th hole and a Monarch landing within 15 feet of us on the fairway it circled around several times land again, staying about fifteen minutes, before it left I was able to determine it did not have a tag.
