On the 6 feeders I have in my yard, I'm seeing a lot of action as the mostly Ruby-Throat hummingbirds (a few Black Chin) fight for dominence and finally they just let all of them drink. I'm not sure of the exact total number, but estimate it is at least 3 dozen. Lots of males, but more are females. It's still pretty hot here.
