Excellent roost of approx 40-50 Monarchs on a branch to the left of the
counters! Green Darners, Black Saddlebags

Sept. 23/12

”Lots of Monarchs in the air around the observation knoll and all around
the hawkwatch...though we never did any actual count today.”
