today is 80F but overcast. There are still adults passing along the line of butterfly bushes, golden rod, snakeroot and many sedums. My last 2 chrysalis have failed to enclose. Both turned from green to clear and the butterfly within was visible, but then the process just stopped. With the exception of today, we have had several days of temps in the low 70s daytime and some 40s at night, but the migrants have still been coming through.
