Virginia Living Museum Horticulture Volunteer reports: I had a Monarch in my backyard hanging out around my butterly bush and lantanas for over a half hour on September 26. I studied it with binoculars for at least ten minutes, checked the descriptions again on line, and confirmed again close up with binoculars.
