I've had 3 hummers since early August. But only 1 is showing up this week. She was still here this morning (Oct 4). I have an extensive flower garden. The hummers prefer the flowers and have almost ignored my feeder this year. In other years they have visited the feeder regularly. Perhaps my extension on the garden enticed them to consume more nectar from plants.
