On Thursday October 4, 2012 our Grade 3 class and two Grade 2 classes planted 65 Red Emperor tulip bulbs. Before we planted them we went through the checklist to make sure we had a good spot, and it was. It was a cool morning with a temperature of 4C or 56F and we had frost the night before. It was a beautiful sunny day! We will be comparing our garden with our partner classes in Dallas, Texas and also checking the map wekly for changes with other gardens.
