I'm sure this has happened to someone out there, but it was odd.



Last night (10/04) around 8:30 it was fully dark out & we had our porch light on. I went outside & a large shadow passed over me. I thought that maybe we had a large moth at the light, but when I looked up it was a monarch. She was acting just like a moth. She was bashing into the light & the house. I was shocked. I caught her & put her in a tent in the dark for the night so she could rest & not hurt herself. I released her tagged this morning.



Any reasons you know of for this behavior?
