I still have three feeders in different locations around the yard. Each has a female hummer perched right on the feeder or in a tree near by. It got below freezing last night so I am surprised they are still here today. I even warmed the nectar this morning to help warm them up but I wonder....should I take the feeders down to encourage them to go? We are expecting one more night of frost/possible freeze watch then the temps will recover into the 70's even 80's. Any words of wisdom would be welcome!
