Our garden is a community garden for South Charleston, it is named after our first principal Ruth Wells. It is fairly close to the Interstate (but not to close) we do not think this affects the growth of the tulips but to be on the safe side we planted the bulbs as far away from the road as possible. We have planted 25 tulip bulbs, one for each student in our class.
