Released a female that I'd raised from a caterpillar. She eclosed several days ago, but due to cold temps and rain, I kept her inside with nectar sources to wait for more promising flight conditions. Today was sunny with higher temps and tomorrow will be also, so once it warmed up and I saw other (non-Monarch) butterflies flying in the garden, decided to let her go - she was strong and ready to be free :)
