I just returned from my Grandmother's funeral ( she was 101 years old ) and the greatest influence on my life...
I was feelin soo sad and empty..
But just when I started to
go inside I heard...felt...
and could'nt believe what I
was seeing...
A Hummingbird was hovering
at eye level..just looking at
me...seemed like for the longest..even though it lasted only a few minutes.
He went to the only feeder
I still had up ( took others down
Sat. ) sat...drank...and rested about 5 minutes and then he was gone.
Cant tell you what direction he flew off in..I could'nt see
for all the tears in my eyes.
That was a moment I will forever cherish in my heart...along with sweet memories of my Grandmother.
I hope there are many..many Hummingbirds
in Heaven wth her...she loved them dearly too.
