Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 10/12/2012

Number: 7

I have to get up at dawn to see what we have. They wake up in their trees and then move around to feed on everything, feeders included. Then fly off all over the neighborhood. These are still the same hummingbirds staying for six weeks now. Big fights take place if a new migrant comes in. 2 orange possible young Rufous, and that definite brown one. The others are young female Rubies and one young male. I hear others seeing the brown ones. What are they? The Brown ones? I have a photo included marked Rufous. Don't think it's a Rufous.
