It was a beautiful sunny day. We had 40 kindergarten students assist in the planting of our Red Emperor Tulips. The ground was a little cool to the touch but very easy to work with. The kindergartners each had the opportunity to pick a bulb, discover the pointed end of the bulb in order to plant it correctly and then gave them each a gentle covering of soil along with a good watering. We are so excited to see our floral masterpiece in the spring.
