Guardian, as I named her, because she sat at the feeder all summer and let only certain birds in, is still here. Fat little Rufus. I recognize by her chin striped feathers only on one side of throat. Temps have been in low forty's. Had bad storm two nights ago and expected her to be gone. The other three seem to be gone. We are leaving tomorrow for florida, wish I could take her with us. I warm the feeder every morning, she is so sluggish.
