I thought all the hummers were gone, but then observed one female or juvenile at my feeder every day from Sept. 13-18, a few times during the day. Then I spotted another female or juvenile on Sept. 24 and Sept. 27th. I was away for the rest of September and have not seen any in October. I will continue to fill my feeders until it gets really cold, in hopes I might see another. This mild weather might make a few stray visitors to come.
