Sitting in the family room this morning, my husband and I observed a hummingbird eating from one of our six salvia plants. It is October 22nd, and I almost pulled them out yesterday, but am so glad I didn't. We haven't seen a hummingbird in over a month. Can anyone let us know if this little fellow will be able to make it to where it needs to go? It snowed for a few minutes yesterday (nothing stuck) and it is to be 28 the next couple of evenings.
