We planted 5 test tulips and 20 experimental tulip bulbs today. We had a beautiful, warm day with a temperature of 83 degrees F. We ran across several earthworms as we were planting. We wonder if the tulips will come up earlier than expected and if the ones that were dyed will be a different color. Some others may grow in different ways. Some of our experiments were very messy!
