Percentage of Color Change in Leaves on Trees: There are many trees where nearly 100% of the leaves have changed color to yellow. There are also several trees where the leaves are changing to either red or brown. On these trees, about 25-30% of the leaves have changed color.
Percentage of number of leaves on the trees: Most of the leaves are still on the trees. However, the ground is beginning to accumulate large numbers of leaves.
Things noted about other plants in the area: The grass is still green and there are many flowers that still have colorful buds on them.
Date last monarch/hummingbird/robin was sighted: Have not seen any.
Things noted about other animals in the area: I have not noticed any flocks of Canada Geese flying south yet. I have seen several deer in the area recently.
