Sightings report image

Date: 10/23/2012

Number: 1

Yesterday was warm and the winds light. Monarchs still flying in SW direction. In the morning I counted 8 in 15 minutes, which was the peak I observed over the course of the day. After that it was about one an hour through out the morning, some still stopping to nectar on asters and dandilions as most everything else has gone to seed. The weather changed halfway throughout the day and today - I haven't seen any. This photo was taken 10/16/12
