Our class planted our tulip bulbs in a flower bed in the front of the Lincoln Hancock Community School. A total of 20 tulips were planted at our particular sight. All of the students planted their tulips 7 cm down and added bone meal to the soil before watering. We planted one "test" tulip facing down to see if that will alter the growth of the tulip. Students also recorded the weight and circumference of their tulip bulb to see if those variables have an impact on the rate of growth.
