I have had a female Rufous Hummingbird coming to the feeder for several weeks now. Last year two Rufous Hummingbirds were reported wintering in this area, and I had a Ruby-Throated Hummingbird winter at my home. I'm very hopeful this visitor will decide to stick around and keep me company this year. I think that by keeping the feeders out, keeping them filled with a fresh sugar solution, keeping the feeders clean, has helped to keep these birds around through the fall and winter months.
