I had posted just a few days ago, about my last two Monarch's emerging on the 26th of last month. With the Hurricane approching, I wasn't about to release them into harms way. I still have them, am feeding them, and they are doing well. I fear that I won't be able to release them at all this fall. Our temps. for the nest 7 days, are going to be in the 40's to low 50's and night time temps in the 30's. I WILL NOT put them out in those conditions. Too bad I'm not a coast to coast truck driver. I'd take them to Calif. and release them close to Mexico.
