This morning our weather was sunny with tempterature in the mid 40's F. A new plot was selected and a bed in the shape of an "H" for Hagood Elementary was planted with 47 fourth graders. Just last week for Red Ribbon Drug Awareness week every student planted Apeldoorn Tulips in an area that was not well drained. Our science classes will be monitoring both varieties and compare the results with the Red Emperor variety planted today. We are already looking forward to Spring!
