While photographing sparrows from top of dam of "stock tank," one Monarch buzzed me. Image is as it headed straight at me. Passed about 3 feet away. After it passed background was tress and I didn't get focus for another image. Was flying quickly south with wind. It swooped up over trees and kept going.
