I saw sweat bees on the feeders so I went out to see if i could do anything to get them away. I have an electric flyswatter that electrocutes the little interlopers. I was standing vigil trying to kill the sweat bees because they chase the hummingbirds away. I was standing 2 feet from the feeder when a bird landed. i felt it must be really hungry to land so close to me. While out the there another one flew by to the other feeder.I can't believe I still have hummers. i plan to keep fresh food for at least 2 weeks after my last sighting
