Tulips PLANTED
Sightings report image

Date: 10/09/2012

Number: 1

After ordering Red Emperor tulip bulbs this year, I I was blessed with nice Fall weather and the two dozen bulbs were planted by school groups visiting the Alaska Botanical Garden on field trips. We also planted Tarda tulips (a species tulip that does well here), some crocus, and several other small bulbs. All the bulbs are planted in our Junior Master Gardener outdoor classroom area.
