Today was a beautiful fall day! The air temperature was 63 degrees in the afternoon. We have had chilly mornings of around 31 degrees. Our third graders planted 100 Red Emperor Tulip bulbs in our Medieval Herb Garden. I will be able to post a picture tomorrow. We used our rulers to be sure the depth was correct at exactly seven inches!! Forty-seven children are in the two third grade classes. We will be monitoring the soil temperature,as well.
