I think my female Ruby Throat is here to stay for a while. She likes to sit in a rose bush about 3 ft. away from a feeder. I have 2 juvenile Rufous as well as an adult Rufous male in the yard today. I have not seen the Annas today. They are catching insects, feeding from flowers, and from the feeders. The wind is strong from the south, so I do not expect any hummers to leave till the wind changes. The sky is overcast, the temperature around 83 degrees, and the weather forecast is 30% chance of rain.
