We were glad we had a break in the rain so we could plant our tulips. We planted them in a grow box in our third grade garden. We used our thermometer probe to measure the air temperature (57.6 degrees F) and soil temperature (57.4 degrees F). In our science lab, we took some time to take a closer look at the tulip bulbs and weigh and measure them. We are excited to find out when our tulips will bloom and what color they will be.
