The day we planted felt like early spring! It was the perfect fall day for digging holes and planting bulbs. Our 51 three and four-year-old preschoolers had already learned about the "coats" that keep the bulbs warm during the winter. They're excited to keep watch over them during the winter months and watch for signs of sprouting in the spring.
