I was walking my dog in my development on Monday, November 26th about 2:00 pm est when I spotted a Bald Eagle circling low enough to identify it's brillant white head and tail feathers. It was very exciting. I watched it circling for quite some time in amazement. I had left the area to retrieve my camera and when I returned it had flown away.
