We are a 1st grade class at Vance Elementary School. We planted our bulbs between 12:15 pm and 12:55 pm on Nov. 30th. The air temperature was 55 degrees F. We observed a sunny, blue sky with a few clouds. The breeze was blowing SW. When we planted our bulbs, the soil temperature was 44 degrees F. Each of our first grade students planted a bulb in our Vance Peace Garden, made observations and wrote predictions in our science journals.
