We are a 1st grade class at Vance Elementary School. We planted our bulbs between 12:30 pm and 1:15 pm on Nov. 20th. The air temperature was 54 degrees F. We observed a sunny, blue sky. The wind was blowing toward the SW, on and off. When we planted our bulbs, the soil temperature was 52 degrees F. Each of our first grade students planted a bulb in our Vance Peace Garden, made observations and wrote predictions in our science journals.
