Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 12/07/2012

Number: 1

It was a young adult female ruby throated hummingbird. She was attracted to a feeder I put out to feed the ones that stay behind each year. It drank, but preferred the one that I left out for the bees. It had concentrated down to very thick sugar water. Drank for a few minutes then flew off.
