I have had Monarch caterpillars and butterflies constantly since mid June. Currently there are at least 40 caterpillars munching on what is left of the milkweed. Yesterday, 12/20/12 I counted over 20 adults in the backyard alone. The above question regarding the sightings doesn't allow me to choose both larvae and adults. I am a retired teacher (not currently in the classroom) but I still volunteer at my school as a Garden Coordinator in our Butterfly Garden. (FYI) I have several pictures that I can share, but tell if it is actually uploading (?)
