I had just turned off of Hwy. 603 heading toward Picayune, MS when I saw the Eagle on the left side of the road standing next to a dead dog. It flew up in a tree when I drove by. I turned the car around and returned to take a picture. I could not beleive my eyes. I have seen many Eagles in Alaska but not in Mississippi.
