The Bald Eagle was flying over the Lancaster Humane League for about a minute. It was then out of my sight. I lelft the location and then returned not more than 5 miuntues later and it was still flying around in the same location. It tileted a few times so I was able to see the white on the tail and head very well. I had four other witnesses see and identify the bird as a Bald Eagle.
