Practice Report (Any Species)

Date: 01/07/2013

Number: 1

Were seeing about 3 monarchs per day visiting the New England Asters in our garden. The number we see as we travel around really depends upon where nectar is available. Nearby hayfields that are covered with blooming red clover are sure to have a half dozen monarchs. When driving, we watch for small sulphur butterflies dancing above a field, a sign that nectar is available and its worth stopping to look for monarchs. test of 1.30
