Observed 1 Adult Monarch flying just off our balcony for 2 minutes....,,so beautiful and totally unexpected!!!. My first sighting for 2013! The time was 10:15AM at Treasure Island Condo.....19th floor balcony facing the Gulf. Temp 70F, mild breeze, beautiful blue sky, & moderate humidity.
