Sightings report image

Date: 01/12/2013

Number: 1

We had a very frosty night and a gloomy freezing day, but the Anna's hummingbirds buzzed me as soon as I stepped out at dawn to refresh the frozen nectar in their feeders (all 16 of them). They buzzed me again when I walked into the garden at dusk, as if to say, "We're just making sure you're here and will feed us tomorrow morning. I will.
