We were driving across town to drop off groceries to my mother-in-law. Near the intersection of Greene St and Colegate Dr, we saw up to 20 robins flocking into a small tree in the tree lawn. Some of the birds were fluttering around the tree and some had landed on the ground. It was early in the day, before noon.
Last Friday, we we babysitting our grand kids and saw some robins foraging in the field behind the house. They were a little far away to count, but we recognized their characteristic moves as they looked for food.
